Maintenance EngineerStoke-on-Trent £50,000 £51,000 12-Hour Shift Pattern (Days and Nights) Overtime (1.5x) + 4% PensionA large-scale automated distribution operation is looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join its established engineering team.This is a highly reactive maintenance role working across a busy automated facility containing conveyors, cranes, sortation systems and warehouse automation equipment.The RoleAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Reactive breakdown maintenance across automated distribution equipmentFault finding on conveyors, cranes, drives, rollers and automated handling systemsWorking safely within panels using multi-meters and electrical drawingsSupporting PPMs and engineering projects when requiredResponding to plant breakdowns quickly within a fast-paced operation What We re Looking ForTo be considered for this Maintenance Engineer position, you should have: A recognised engineering qualification equivalent to a Level 3 or above (NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, ONC, HNC etc.)Previous experience within manufacturing, automation, logistics or production environmentsAbility to work safely both mechanically and electricallyA proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability What s On Offer? £50,000 £51,000 salaryAverage earnings between £55,000 £60,000 with overtimeSignificant overtime availability at 15.xOngoing training on PLCs, SCADA and automation systemsLong-term progression into controls or team leader rolesLarge ..... full job details .....
