Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Stockport £48,000-£56,000 DOE + Training + Overtime Available, 9% Pension, Overtime (1.5x / 2x)

Shift Pattern: 2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off

Additional: 18 days off every 7 weeks

The Role of a The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

You’ll be part of a large, experienced maintenance team, keeping production running efficiently on a busy manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role with a mix of planned and reactive work.

Maintain and repair production machinery

Fault-find on both mechanical and electrical systems

Work on conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics and more

Support continuous improvement and minimise downtime

What We’re Looking for in a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering

Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing/FMCG

Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical or electrical systems

A proactive, hands-on approach

£48,000 – £56,000 salary (depending on experience) salary goes up with training completed.
