The business has invested heavily in high-end production equipment and is now looking to strengthen its engineering team with a skilled Maintenance Engineer.The OpportunityThis is a genuinely hands-on, multi-skilled engineering role working across a wide range of modern production and packaging machinery.A significant part of the role will involve fault finding and resolving process-related issues, as well as planned and reactive maintenance.What You''ll Be Doing Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the site.Fault finding on automated production and packaging equipment.Working on mixers, sealers, ovens, bagging machines and flow wrappers.Maintaining robotic cutters, labellers, X-ray equipment and conveyors.Working on cartonning and other automated packaging machinery.Diagnosing electrical faults involving sensors, relays, contactors, servo systems, three-phase motors, AC equipment, power supplies and inverters.Carrying out mechanical maintenance including bearings, gearboxes, shafts, rollers, belts, pneumatics, pulleys and chains.Using a multimeter and electrical test ..... full job details .....
