Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, with basic electrical fault-finding where required. Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, chains, belts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Strip, repair and rebuild mechanical assemblies. Read and work from engineering drawings. Support machinery improvements and reliability projects.
