MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Location: BradfordSalary: £49,000Shift Pattern: 12-hour days and nightsAverage Working Week: 40 hours We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established international business operating within a busy production environment in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer looking to join a stable organisation where you will play an important role in maintaining and improving the reliability of a busy manufacturing operation. THE ROLE As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across the site, helping to keep machinery running safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. You will respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs across a range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. You will also contribute to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities to improve machinery reliability and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across production equipment. Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and minimise production downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults. Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, belts, bearings, sensors, control systems and associated plant.
