      <description>Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: &amp;pound;54903/annum | Type: Permanent | Overview  An excellent opportunity has arisen for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturing operation based in Banbury.  The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production machinery and site equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Key Responsibilities     Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of manufacturing and packaging machinery.   Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.   Minimise production downtime through efficient fault finding and repair.   Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.   Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.   Work closely with production teams to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.   Adhere to all health &amp; safety, food safety, and site compliance standards.   Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
