Your responsibilities will include: Daily Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on Pneumatic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems according to a monthly schedule.Rapid Response: Quickly address machinery breakdowns, diagnose faults, and implement effective rectification measures.Documentation: Capture and record all maintenance activities, ensuring accurate tracking of work completed.Tooling Management: Identify underperforming tools and develop improvement plans, including justifications for capital replacements.Stock Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.Collaboration: Work closely with the Production Manager and liaise with external contractors when necessary.Training: Attend relevant training courses to enhance your skills related to machinery and processes.
