Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards, while supporting plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role that acts as a key link between operations and maintenance teams, helping to drive high standards of safety, performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all electrical work is carried out in compliance with company policies, risk assessments and relevant electrical safety legislation. Support the day-to-day activities of the electrical maintenance team. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities to minimise production downtime.
