The business is looking for a practical Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer who can resolve breakdowns, improve machinery reliability and help prevent recurring faults. You will join a collaborative engineering team, working closely with Production, Process Engineering and Quality to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. The Working Pattern Three weeks out of every four: Monday Thursday: 7:00am 3:30pm Friday: 7:00am 3:00pm Every fourth week: Monday Thursday: 12:00pm 8:30pm Friday: 12:00pm 8:00pm The established pattern combines predominantly day-based hours with an earlier Friday finish on both shifts.
