Maintenance Electrician - Static Site (Enfield) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician - Static Site to join a leading Facilities Management company, working at a static distribution site in Enfield. This is a permanent, full-time position, with the successful candidate working at the site for 5 days per week. A full UK driving licence is required for use of the company pool van when on standby. The role offers a competitive salary package, with a basic salary of 40,599 per annum for candidates based outside the M25, or 42,062 per annum for candidates based inside the M25, plus 2,535 in annual standby payments.The RoleAs a Maintenance Electrician - Static Site, you will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the distribution facility. You will act as a first point of contact for maintenance issues, ensuring electrical systems, equipment, and associated building services operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with current legislation and company standards. Working as part of an established facilities team, you will be responsible for completing PPM schedules, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs and minor installations within your technical competence.
