What You''ll Be Doing

• Keeping plant downtime to a minimum through smart preventative maintenance.
• Tackling electrical faults with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
• Suggesting and delivering improvements that make the site more efficient.
• Ensuring safety and compliance at every step.
• Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to get the job done right.

What We''re Looking For

• Electrical qualifications (time-served apprenticeship ideal).
• Sharp problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PLC and inverter drives, safety circuits, motor control systems (bonus points if you''ve worked on heavy plant such as screeners, shredders, or conveyors).
• A can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to get stuck in.
