You will be expected to have and excellent understanding of plant room and building services engineering, compliance and have a multiskilled background. The role is a Permanent position paying circa 40k. Mon-Fri days 40 hours per week plus overtime. Overtime Standby 1 in 4 (-130 standby payment). Van supplied - Duties & Responsibilities Completing building services / electrical maintenance To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
