      <description>Location: Cumbernauld | Salary: &amp;pound;38394/annum | Type: Permanent | Position:- - -Resident Maintenance Electrician   Location:- - Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire   Type:- - - - - Permanent   Salary:- - - 38,394  We are recruiting for a resident maintenance electrician based in the Cumbernauld area covering the electrical maintenance within a large scale estate. Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm plus on-call rota (TBC)   Maintenance Electrician Duties:  Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to: Electrical systems Lighting and emergency lighting AHU/fan coil upkeep Fabric duties Checks and compliance duties Small works installation Emergency repairs All ad- hoc maintenance tasks -  Requirements:  A qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&amp;G 1 and 2) 18th edition Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience AM2 or 2391 Excellent client facing skills   If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now  PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search &amp; selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
