Maintenance Electrician - No Call OutBirminghamUp to 42,000 per annumPermanent position for a Resident Maintenance Electrician to work on a single man site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a permanent position, working 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of between 39 - 42,000 per annum. This position will suit an engineer that wants to work at a static site and not have to participate in an on call rota.Main Duties:Planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and minor installation to electrical systems and building services plant.General facilities maintenance work - minor plumbing or building fabric repairs.Oversee specialist sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
