Maintenance Electrician

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to begin work for a well-established company in the Essex / East London area. About the role: Working Hours - On site for 08:00, generally finishing around 15:30 Pay Rate - 22.00 per hour CIS / Self-Employed Permanent Salary - 45,000 PAYE Brief Role Description - Carrying out electrical maintenance within social housing properties, ranging from full rewires through to reactive repairs, void works, kitchen works and general day-to-day electrical maintenance Company van and fuel card provided Testing and Inspection experience preferred but not essential Work mainly across Essex and East London, with occasional North London work Temp-to-perm opportunity Long-term work for the right candidate Start: ASAP About You: High work ethic and team player Punctual and reliable You must be a time-served / qualified Electrician Previous domestic or social housing maintenance experience preferred Testing and Inspection qualification desirable but not essential Full UK Driving Licence required CSCS / ECS preferred but not essential Please apply with your CV.
