The Role As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you''ll be responsible for: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns Electrical fault finding and repairs Electrical testing and compliance checks General building services maintenance Completing maintenance reports using paper and digital systems You''ll be working on a variety of commercial building services equipment, including: AHUs (Air Handling Units) FCUs (Fan Coil Units) Pumps and Motors Lighting and Power Distribution Boards What We''re Looking For NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Testing and Inspection experience is advantageous Full UK Driving Licence What''s On Offer?
