We''re recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join an established engineering team on a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial and educational facility. The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you''ll be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

• Responding to reactive electrical repairs and breakdowns

• Fault finding on electrical systems and building services equipment

• Maintenance of lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution and small power

• Testing, inspections and minor electrical installations

• Supporting the maintenance of plant and associated building services

• Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

• Working closely with a growing team of engineers to maintain a high-profile site

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Commercial Electrician

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
