      <description>Location: Southend-on-sea | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Maintenance Electrician - Commercial  Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00  Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0  Salary - 40,000 + up to 2,500 AP Bonus (once qualified)  We''re recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based on a static banking building in Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex. In this role you will join a team of 3 engineers carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance and providing excellent onsite customer service to the client.  The business you would be working for is considered one of the largest FM employers across Europe having over 370,000 employees with an annual revenue of over 69b.  Due to the nature of this site you will be expected to pass a slightly higher security check.
