Maintenance Electrician

The Role: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a busy property maintenance team delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and installation work across residential properties. This is a customer-facing role where you''ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, completing electrical installations, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a wide range of electrical repairs and maintenance works within occupied and vacant properties. Complete remedial works, rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrade installations, emergency lighting and alarm systems. Diagnose electrical faults and achieve first-time fixes wherever possible. Conduct electrical testing, inspections and surveys, producing accurate reports and documentation. Ensure repairs are completed within agreed response times and to a high standard. Use handheld technology to manage job scheduling, updates and completion records. Support colleagues on larger projects and work collaboratively across the maintenance team. Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota. Manage vehicle stock, materials and tools effectively and safely. About You : To be successful in this role, you will have: A recognised Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City and Guilds or equivalent). ECS or CSCS card.
