The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you''ll carry out electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and hospitality properties. Typical duties include: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive electrical repairs Fault finding and diagnostics Testing and inspection works Small remedial and installation projects Completing service reports and job sheets Building strong relationships with clients on site What you will need: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation AM2 Qualification Experience carrying out electrical maintenance within commercial environments Strong fault-finding skills Full UK Driving Licence Willingness to participate in a 1 in 13 call-out rota Suitable for electricians based in: Basildon, Chelmsford, ..... full job details .....
