The role involves delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance to ensure all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works. Fault-find, repair, and maintain lighting, power, emergency lighting, and distribution systems. Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems as required. Complete testing, inspection, and associated certification in line with BS 7671. Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation and site procedures. Accurately complete job reports, compliance records, and maintenance documentation.
