This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, consistent overtime opportunities, and the chance to join a well-established maintenance team on a prestigious contract. The Role: * Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance * Working across two sites within Manchester City Centre * Ensuring all electrical systems are maintained safely and efficiently * Fault finding, repairs, and general building maintenance duties * Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 6) On-Call & Overtime: * 1 in 6 on-call rota * When on call, engineers will also provide cover for Preston * Minimum 4 hours paid at 1.5x rate when called out * Regular overtime always available Requirements: * Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3) * Experience within commercial maintenance environments * Ability to work independently and within a team * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience * Must be able to pass a ...
