Maintenance Electrician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Electrician to join a leading organisation within the Water Management & Engineering Industry. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who wants to be key part of an essential industry, while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibility as a Maintenance Electrician:

• Install, commission, set up and test water filtration systems on sewage treatment sites.
• Carry out inspections, fault finding and produce survey reports for quotations.
• Work from technical instructions using mobile electronic devices.
• Work at heights, in confined spaces and outdoors in all weather.
• Occasionally support workshop operations at other UK Locations.
• Work closely with other trades and field teams as part of a collaborative workforce.

Experience & Qualifications required for this Maintenance Electrician position:

• Valid UK Driving License.
• Applicants must hold a recognised Electrical Engineering Qualifications such as an Advanced Apprenticeship & or Level 3 NVQ, 18th Edition Qualification, City and Guilds 2391 (inspection & testing) or JIB Gold Card.
• Highly Desirable to have Experience Performing Electrical Engineering within the Water Management Industry.
• A Safety Focused Attitude, Strong Communication Skills, Positive Approach and a willingness to work away from home.
