Maintenance Electrician - Continental Shift

MTrec''s new career opportunity Our clients are specialists in their market sector, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician on a permanent basis to work a continental shift system. If you are a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician and happy to work a continental shift system this role could be ideal for you. The Job you''ll do Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities in accordance with maintenance schedules, company procedures and statutory requirements. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults and restore plant and equipment safely and efficiently. Carry out electrical fault finding, testing, repair and maintenance on production equipment, control systems and site services. Support mechanical maintenance activities, equipment overhauls and planned shutdown work where required. Complete maintenance work to a high standard, ensuring equipment is returned to service safely and reliably. Accurately record maintenance activities, labour, parts used and equipment history using the company''s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Identify equipment defects and raise additional work requests where further repairs or improvements are required. Contribute to Root Cause Analysis investigations to identify recurring equipment failures and support the implementation of permanent corrective actions.
