The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance (or equivalent) and 18th edition as a minimum.The role will be working as part of a team working at a number of retail sites in the region undertaking a range of building maintenance duties. The role will primarily be electrical maintenance though will also include general building maintenance such as minor plumbing / fabric work.
