      <description>Location: City | Salary: 48000.00-48000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Maintenance Electrician   My client is currently recruiting for a split day maintenance electrician to join an established team based in the city. You will have your electrical quals with a proven background in commercial maintenance.   Sector: Commercial Maintenance   Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, small lighting installations, emergency lighting, power single and 3 phase, fault finding to fuse and distribution boards, riser inspections, sockets, single and 3 phase, checking the BMS for faults, checks on plant and HVAC with mechanical engineer, as well as escorting sub-contractors, updating the cafm system.   Hours 7-4 or 9-6 Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 call out.   Salary is 48K Overall 51K with call out with overtime and company benefits.
