The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems such as HVAC, boilers, and plumbing. You''ll carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), fault repairs, blockage clearance, and perform Authorised Person (AP) and Competent Person (CP) duties.
