Maintenance Coordinator

Maintenance Coordinator (Full and part time hours available)Uxbridge£28-32kWe are currently looking for an experience engineer scheduler, ideally somebody who has experience working in a fast paced environment.This role will need a keen eye for detail, good organisation skills and a confident telephone manner. You will be working closely with clients and engineers supporting in all works being carried out from initial quote through to completion and aftercare.Duties include:Coordinate and oversee all pump and drainage repairs, servicing, and emergency worksEnsure works are completed within agreed timescales and that all job completion reports are issued promptly to clients and property managersAct as a key point of contact between engineers, internal management, and clientsMaintaining accurate certification, compliance records and client reportsPrepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) renewals, ensuring timely approvalsIt would be particularly beneficial if any candidates have previous experience using job management software, BigChange (JobWatch)This role is full time office based Monday to Friday 9-5.30 with 1 hour for lunch.
