TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR Stockport Town Centre 17.95 per hour - (Equivalent to 35,000 per annum) TEMPORARY ROLE - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLEThis is an ongoing temporary position based in Stockport town centre, expected to continue until a permanent appointment is made (potentially until the end of the year). A permanent position is available, and this temporary role could become permanent for the right candidate.Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmWe''re working with a growing Single Family Housing (SFH) operator to recruit a Temporary Maintenance Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential property maintenance who enjoys taking ownership of maintenance issues, making informed decisions, and delivering a high standard of service across a portfolio of rental homes. Full training will be provided on the company''s systems and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage reactive maintenance requests across a portfolio of residential rental properties.Assess maintenance issues to determine whether they fall within the company''s remit and authorise works where appropriate.Review and approve contractor quotations and scopes of work.Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Monitor maintenance spend and contractor performance.Manage end-of-tenancy maintenance requirements.Review property photographs and check-out reports to ensure all maintenance issues have been ..... full job details .....
