Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator (Temporary)Location: West Ham Lane (Hybrid - 1-2 days on-site, remainder remote)Hours: 35 hours per weekContract: 12-week temporary assignmentStart Date: 18th May (TBC) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team supporting specialist projects within a housing/repairs environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative and IT skills, particularly those with experience in housing, repairs, or maintenance coordination.Key Responsibilities:Managing and updating maintenance cases via internal systems (including D365 and other platforms)Coordinating repairs, minor works, and surveyor referralsHandling customer queries and complaints in line with service standardsProcessing high volumes of contractor invoicesManaging shared mailboxes and ensuring SLA targets are metProducing reports, data analysis, and supporting continuous service improvementActing as a key point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and stakeholdersKey Requirements:Proven experience in a maintenance, housing, or repairs administration roleStrong IT skills, including MS Office and database systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing workloads against SLAs and performance targetsWhat''s on Offer:Competitive hourly rateHybrid working modelOpportunity to gain experience ..... full job details .....
