Maintenance Coordinator (12-month FTC)

Your new company A leading organisation is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their engineering function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical individual to play a key role in improving maintenance planning, performance and reliability within a fast-paced operational environment.Your new role As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing effective weekly and monthly maintenance plans, ensuring all activities are properly scheduled, resourced and aligned to operational priorities.You will work closely with engineering and operational teams, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Key responsibilities will include:Creating and managing detailed maintenance schedulesMaintaining accurate data within the CMMS systemManaging work orders from creation through to completionCoordinating planned and statutory maintenance activitiesLiaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure work is delivered on time and to standardWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience in a maintenance planning or coordination roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workloadExperience using CMMS systems and planning toolsA technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering Good understanding of Health and Safety legislationProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical skills with ..... full job details .....
