Maintenance Coordination Supervisor Location: LondonSalary: Up to £38,000Contract: Full Time / PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm Are you an experienced Maintenance Coordinator or Supervisor with a strong background in property services, construction, damp, roofing or restoration?Would you describe yourself as a highly organised, proactive professional who is confident managing contractors, surveyors, clients and a busy coordination team?We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Coordination Supervisor to join a growing property services business, overseeing coordination across its Damp, Roofing and Restoration divisions.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordination professional to take ownership of scheduling, survey bookings, project delivery, contractor management and team performance.
