We are recruiting for a Maintenance Controller to join a busy manufacturing environment in Haverhill, taking responsibility for coordinating maintenance activities across the site. This is a role where you will be right at the centre of things, working closely with Maintenance, Operations and external contractors to make sure planned and reactive maintenance is properly scheduled, resourced, documented and completed. This would suit somebody who enjoys bringing structure to a busy maintenance environment and wants a role where their organisation and coordination genuinely make a difference to how efficiently the site operates. What you will be doing: Managing short-term maintenance planning across a 0-4 week window Developing and communicating weekly maintenance schedules Coordinating preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime Coordinating reactive maintenance following equipment breakdowns or system failures Monitoring maintenance backlogs and prioritising work based on operational requirements and equipment criticality Ensuring the right labour, parts, tools and contractor support are available Chairing weekly maintenance planning meetings and ..... full job details .....
