You''ll act as the single point of contact for technical and scheduling advice, making empowered decisions and escalating issues to keep our operations moving.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the central contact for fleet serviceability, providing technical guidance and scheduling support.Monitor and report aircraft status at both company and customer levels, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.Lead the recovery of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, collaborating with logistics, fleet tasking, availability management, and planning teams.Track and manage operational and safety equipment lists, ensuring compliance with all limitations and restrictions.Liaise with maintenance supervisors and coordinate manpower, spares, and facilities for routine and specialist maintenance tasks.Escalate and resolve issues through established pathways, including conference calls and ''Tiger Team'' meetings.Support business continuity and incident response plans in the event of major disruptions.Provide ..... full job details .....
