Maintenance Co-ordinator

An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Location: Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, TS17.

Key Duties (But Not Limited To):

• Logging Service Calls
• Call Distribution to engineers
• Maintenance Planning
• Maintenance costing support to Senior Office Administrator (as applicable)
• CLIK engagement (database)
• Stock Control Assistance
• Financial Reporting (as necessary, to discuss with Office Manager)
• Filing
• Raising Purchase Orders
• General Office Duties
• Good with Excel and Word

Hours of work are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with a half hour for lunch each day (40 hours per week).-

Your annual-holiday entitlement is 23-days a year-pro-rata, plus-statutory bank holidays and is based on completed months worked.-Your holiday allowance will be confirmed upon the receipt of your starting date.
