Maintenance Carpenter - 220 pd, 8 hrs per day, 8 to 4:30 pm Location: Hospital, Chelsea area Rate: 220 per day We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join the Facilities and Estates hospital team in the Chelsea area This hands-on role is ideal for someone with solid carpentry experience, particularly within a commercial, estates, or healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and general carpentry repairsPerform maintenance on doors, frames, locks, and general fabric of the buildingWork across the site to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standardDiagnose and resolve carpentry and basic maintenance issues independentlyRespond to reactive maintenance requests promptly and professionallyFollow all site health and safety and operational proceduresRequirements:Fully qualified Carpenter (essential)Valid Blue CSCS Card (preferred)Proven experience in maintenance carpentryBasic DBS (essential) or an in-date Enhanced DBSAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailContract Details:ongoing for the right candidate Start: 07/10/2026Rate: 220 per day (based on 8 working hrs, 8 am to 4:30 pm)If you are available to start immediately and meet the above criteria, please get in touch today!
