Maintenance Caretaker

Recruitment Solutions are looking for a long term maintenance caretaker in Exeter. This post has an immediate start for the right person.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday

You will be responsible for all aspects of building maintenance (setting up meeting rooms, basic repair, daily upkeep, routine inspections and other tasks as required. Manual and physical work will be part of this job.
Pay rate - 13.00-13.25 p/h paid weekly.
Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance will be an advantage.
