Temporary Caretaker - Student Accommodation (Dundee)

-14.10 per hour | Dundee | Temporary - Up to 3 Weeks | Driving Desirable

We are currently seeking an experienced Caretaker to support the maintenance and upkeep of a student accommodation site in Dundee. This is a temporary role lasting up to 3 weeks, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• General upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds
• Minor repairs, cleaning of communal areas, and reporting of faults
• Assisting with room checks and ensuring site safety
• Supporting move-in and move-out processes as needed

Requirements:

• Previous caretaking experience is essential
• Experience in a social housing environment is highly desirable
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• A driving licence is desirable but not essential
