This Maintenance Technician position is based on a large university estate, carrying out a wide range of building repairs across live campus buildings, roads, pathways, drainage systems and building fabric.The RoleRoad, pathway and paving repairsBrickwork, blockwork and small concrete repairsDrainage repairs, unblocking and minor excavation workRoofing, guttering, lead flashing and chimney repairsDoor repairs, ironmongery, shelving, signage and general carpentryBasic plumbing repairs to sanitary ware, toilets, sinks and pipeworkInstalling wooden or concrete ramps and handrailsGeneral building fabric repairs across occupied campus buildingsPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceLogging work, risk assessments and updates via CAFM system Hours, Overtime and Call-Out36 hours per week, Monday-FridayPaid ..... full job details .....
