Maintenance Assistant - Static Site

Schools run best when someone is quietly keeping everything in order. The building is safe, the site is ready for the morning, and when something goes wrong it''s sorted before anyone has to ask. We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established national facilities management provider, looking for a Premises Assistant to join their project team looking after a group of school sites in Bristol. You''ll be a key part of the team that keeps these sites safe, compliant and running smoothly, helping to make sure pupils, staff and visitors have a good experience every day. THE ROLE - Looking after day-to-day premises services across the school sites - Supporting planned and reactive maintenance, working to the contract''s maintenance plan and service standards - Working closely with the Lead Engineers so jobs are completed on time - Making sure health and safety, statutory and regulatory requirements are followed, using safe systems of work - Keeping an eye on stock and materials so parts are on hand and budgets stay on track - Helping to make sure each site has the people and materials it needs to meet its commitments - Taking your turn on the on-call rota and stepping in to cover absences when needed WHO WE''D LOVE TO HEAR FROM - Experience in facilities management or premises maintenance, ideally in a customer-focused setting - Good general maintenance and repair skills across a range of site tasks - Experience of ..... full job details .....
