Maintenance Assistant

We have a new role for an experienced all round maintenance technician to join a University based in Uxbridge. This is an on going temporary position and will be paid weekly, you will be working 35 hours per week and earning 18p/h PAYE (21.36 Umbrella rate). You will be joining a client side maintenance division and you will love the large campus, where you will have the opportunity to work in many different buildings in a busy working environment. Within this maintenance position you will be responsible for: Responding to reactive maintenance requests Completing PPMs Fabric maintenancce Basic electrical maintenance Water hygiene tasks Plumbing duties For this temporary maintenance role we are looking for: It is essential you have plenty of building services maintenance experience, across multi trades (electrical, fabric, carpentry) within similar buildings It is essential that you live close to Uxbridge and can start at short notice Ideally you will have a trade qualification behind you as well If you have maintenance experience and are looking for a new role in Uxbridge please apply ..... full job details .....
