This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a part-time role where they can combine electrical expertise with wider maintenance responsibilities across a large and diverse estate.Working within the Estates and Facilities team, you will help ensure the site''s buildings, facilities, and infrastructure remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained, supporting a positive environment for staff, students, and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical installations, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding.Support statutory compliance including electrical safety inspections and emergency lighting checks.Undertake PAT testing and routine electrical maintenance.Complete general maintenance tasks including repairs, decorating, plumbing, and basic carpentry.Support fire safety checks, building inspections, and health and safety compliance activities.Assist with site events, building upkeep, and seasonal maintenance tasks.Respond to reactive maintenance issues and support planned maintenance programmes.About YouQualified Electrician with NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.Experience in electrical installation, ..... full job details .....
