This is a varied role that would suit someone who is practical, hardworking and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and upkeep across the estate. Move and prepare bins for scheduled collections and return them afterwards. Keep pathways, driveways and communal areas clean, tidy and well maintained. Replace light bulbs and carry out basic electrical maintenance where appropriate. Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry and touch-up painting. Assist with general repairs and maintenance around the estate.
