Maintenance Assistant

A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is hiring a Maintenance Assistant in Greater London. In this role, you will contribute to the maintenance of a busy hospital environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.The Role As the Maintenance Assistant, you ll support the maintenance team with planned and reactive tasks such as minor plumbing and basic repairs. Collaborate closely with the MandE Supervisor to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. Maintain awareness of health and safety regulations while working on-site. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly. Work within a busy healthcare environment, contributing to the comfort and safety of patients and staff. You Practical, hands-on experience with a willingness to learn. Previous maintenance or facilities experience is preferred, though not essential.
