Maintenance Assistant

An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Caretaker based in Birmingham area. This position is full time hours, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month possibility of going permanent.

The hourly rate will be roughly £17-£19 per hour through an Umbrella Company

 Responsibilities:

• Assisting tradespeople carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Flushing of water systems
• Plant Room Checks
• Fire Alarm Testing and Checks
• DIY and minor Maintenance Tasks
