DescriptionLead and develop the maintenance and engineering team.Deliver capital investment and continuous improvement projects.Drive equipment reliability, uptime and engineering performance.Develop and optimise preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.Oversee engineering systems, CMMS and maintenance planning.Manage engineering stores, spare parts and inventory control.Support new equipment installations and NPI projects.Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiency, productivity and site performance.Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.Manage engineering budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
