This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance on the site, ensuring safety for all visitors and staff. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, plumbing, painting, groundskeeping and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.  Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance across the building, including replacing light bulbs, electrical fixtures and ensuring the office is in working order. Carry out routine checks on the facilities, highlighting any defects or health and safety concerns, logging these and scheduling repairs. Deal with contractors coming onto site, ensuring they have signed in. Perform fire alarm testing ensuring they are fully operational. Carry out minor plumbing repairs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains.
