Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing business at its Telford site.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to oversee site facilities maintenance, services, engineering projects and contractor management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will lead a team of Project and Facilities Engineers and Fabricators, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget. Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor Location: Telford, Shropshire Salary: £49,800 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Days)Key Responsibilities Promote a strong safety culture, manage contractor compliance, oversee risk assessments and ensure adherence to statutory requirements and audits.Facilities Maintenance and oversee planned and reactive maintenance across site infrastructure, building services and utilities, ensuring schedules are maintained and backlogs reduced.Project Management and lead facilities and service installation projects from initial scope and cost justification through to planning, contractor management and delivery.Supervise, coach and develop a skilled team, managing performance, attendance, training and resource requirements.Control departmental expenditure, manage project budgets and drive cost-effective solutions.Develop and monitor KPIs, promote 5S standards and improve maintenance performance ..... full job details .....
