Maintenance and Facilities Manager Salary to (phone number removed) Location: West Midlands (commutable from Wolverhampton, Telford, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Stafford, North Birmingham areas) Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maximising the operating efficiency of the production plant, equipment and site facilties, managing your team to ensuring breakdown and planned maintenance is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.Duties:o Lead and mentor a multiskilled maintenance engineering team working over a three shift patterno Ensure regulatory and legislation compliance for HSE, COSHH, RAMS, Environmental, PUWER etc o Prioritising preventative and corrective maintenance work orders within the CMMS.o Manage and control maintenance engineering resources available in order to achieve required OEE levels, regulatory plant and equipment safety standards.o Manage, coach and mentor your team o Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant.
