The Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Repairs Officer to support the delivery of a high-quality repairs and maintenance service across the council''s housing stock. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing defects, managing repairs, and overseeing contractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
